Guests take turn on Saturdays. Departure takes place at the latest at 9:00 a.m. Arrival is allowed after 3:00 p.m. tp 8:00 p.m.

Smoking in apartments is forbidden, animals are not allowed.

The price of your stay includes a parking space and Wi-Fi.

A welcoming drink is included in the price as well.  

In autumn and spring you can use the in house wellness free of charge.

Method of payment: 50 % advance payment upon reservation (cash payment or proforma invoice payment to a transaction account), 50 % upon arrival (cash payment).

In case the reservation is cancelled, the 50 % advance payment is retained and will not be returned. 

Upon arrival there is a security deposit to be paid in the amount of €100 to cover any potential damage to or loss of the equipment (keys, towels, bathrobes, cutlery,...). Otherwise, the amount will be returned upon departure. The list of equipment and corresponding prices that apply in case of potential misappropriation can be found in each apartment.
