HD Beach Resort – General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the accommodation provider and the guest and are an integral part of each confirmed reservation.

1. Arrival and Departure

  • Guest changes are carried out according to the confirmed reservation.
  • Check-out must be completed no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Check-in is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • Arrival or departure outside these times is only possible by prior arrangement with the provider.

2. Accommodation Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed in any indoor areas of the apartments.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Visits by persons not listed in the reservation or registered as guests are not allowed.
  • The guest must respect the house rules of the resort and the instructions of the provider.
  • In case of violation of the house rules, the provider reserves the right to issue a warning and request correction of the violation. If the violation is not corrected or is serious, the provider may terminate the stay, and payments for unused nights will not be refunded.
  • The price of the stay includes one parking space and wireless internet.
  • Each apartment has a parking space corresponding to the apartment number.
  • Parking in other spaces or outside the designated area is not permitted. The provider is not responsible for any damage to vehicles.

3. Payment Terms

  • Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest must pay a 35% deposit (in cash or by bank transfer).
  • The remaining 65% of the total amount is payable upon arrival in cash, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of cancellation, the paid 35% deposit is retained and non-refundable.

4. Security Deposit and Guest Responsibility

  • Upon arrival, the guest must pay a security deposit of 100 EUR in cash, which serves as insurance against material damage or loss of equipment (keys, towels, cutlery, inventory, etc.).
  • In case of damage or missing items, the provider is entitled to retain part or the entire deposit according to the actual damage.
  • If no damage or loss of equipment is found upon departure, the deposit is fully refunded.

5. Provider’s Liability

  • The provider is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of the guest’s personal belongings, nor for injuries or accidents caused by not following the house rules or provider’s instructions.
  • The guest is obliged to use the accommodation carefully and for its intended purpose.

6. Validity of Terms and Guest Consent

  • These terms are effective from the date of publication and are publicly accessible on the provider’s website.
  • By confirming a reservation, paying a deposit, or starting the stay, the guest expressly confirms that they are familiar with, understand, and fully agree to these terms.
  • The provider reserves the right to amend the terms without prior notice. Terms valid at the time of the reservation confirmation apply to each booking.
  • The guest agrees that any legal disputes regarding the use of the accommodation and compliance with these terms will be resolved before the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia.
